Multiple Profiles: To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to create only one profile. Any additional profile created to mislead the Service will be removed/disabled.

Once your Membership expires, you can't avail the benefits of our membership and can't access the already viewed. However you can view those details once your account is renewed. We retain the details entered by you during registration as long as needed for our service purposes.

As a approved member you will be able to directly change the password alone. However if you would like to update any other details in bride or groom's profile, you need to send a request to our email address with the details which you would like to update / replace or modify. As a approved user / registrant of DivyaVivaham.com, if other / opposite users / registrants / members informed you that the bride or groom's marriage is concluded or fixed already, then you must inform us to as message of their DivyaVivaham Profile ID & Name to our email id info@divyavivaham.com, so that we will take necessary action on that profile(s) after confirming the same.

Being a approved member / registrant / user of DivyaVivaham.com, you must inform us as soon as possible to our official email address mentioned on our website, if the marriage is concluded or fixed for you or your son / daughter / relative / friend / neighbour or to the person for whom the profile is registered, so that we will confirm and disable the same.

We don't arrange meetings with our registered members / users / registrants. Also we don't promise that we will arrange marriage(s) by availing our membership. Our service is just a platform for sharing the details only with suitable Brahmin registrants / users / members alone.

Once the pirme membership benefits is utilized (such as viewing contact number, horoscope or full profile details of of other members), you will be disqualified for requesting refund of membership fee.

All the payments should will be controlled by the PAYMENT GATEWAY in the www.divyavivaham.com portal Payment made by Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card / UPI would be in accordance with the prevailing RBI guidelines. Activation of paid service shall be subject to realization of the said payment. All transaction charges levied by the service provider or bank or credit card company are payable by you and DivyaVivaham Online Services is NOT responsible.

DivyaVivaham Online Services uses third party payment gateways for collection of credit/debit card or other payment instruments. In case of payment gateway failure the same would be communicated to the DivyaVivaham member by the payment gateway provider. DivyaVivaham Online Services shall not be responsible in the case of failed online transactions, which result in no services, DivyaVivaham Online Services offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts through the payment gateway Online Statement and Errors.

DivyaVivaham Online Services will provide you with an online billing statement sent to your registered email id. This is the only billing statement that we provide and if you notice an error on your bill, you must tell us within 10 days after the error first appears on your bill. We will then promptly investigate the charge. If you do not tell us within that time, you release us from all liability and claims of loss resulting from the error and we won't be required to correct the error or provide a refund, unless otherwise required by law. If DivyaVivaham Online Services has identified a billing error, we will correct that error within 30 days. This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.

The fees paid by you for the services to be rendered are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion, the same will be made through online payment within a period of 15 working days from the time of discretion notified to you. In case of refunds arising due to rejection of Registration or Short Closing of Membership, all charges paid or to be paid to payment gateway / banks / credit card / service provider will be to your account. If at any time DivyaVivaham.com is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation, DivyaVivaham.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee. The membership is NOT Transferrable to any others.
